Although IPAs heavily hopped with American hops have been immensely popular for the past years, many people forget that the India Pale Ale is a British invention. The Indochine IPA goes back to the roots of the IPA and uses traditional British hops like East Kent Goldings and Fuggles.
As of 2018, this is definitely one of the better Cambodian craft beers on the market. It’s a full-bodied beer that perfectly balances the malts and the British hops. It’s easy to drink, but not too easy. Medium carbonation and a bit on the sweeter side.
